Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and payments made on the TGpost platform (tgpost.app), operated by KCS Creations, A 1503, Plot No. GH02, Sector 107, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, India.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your TGpost subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Alternatively, email Support@tgpost.app with your cancellation request.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
  • Your data (posts, templates, analytics history) will be retained. You can delete your account separately if you wish to remove all data.

3. Refund Policy

a) Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service.

b) How to request a refund

Email Support@tgpost.app with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or payment reference (if available)

c) Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

d) Non-refundable scenarios

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.
  • Partial month usage — we do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period (except within the 7-day window).

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

For payments made via cryptocurrency (processed through NOWPayments):

  • Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.
  • The refund amount will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
  • Network transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days due to blockchain confirmation times.

5. VIP Group Membership Payments

Payments made by members to join VIP groups are transactions between the group creator (channel owner) and the member. TGpost facilitates the payment infrastructure but is not a party to these transactions.

  • Refund disputes for VIP group memberships should be directed to the group creator.
  • Group creators are responsible for their own refund and cancellation policies towards their members.
  • If a group creator is unresponsive, members may contact us at Support@tgpost.app and we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a resolution.

6. Service Downtime

If TGpost experiences extended unplanned downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), affected paid subscribers may request a pro-rated credit for the downtime period by contacting support.
