01Getting Started
What is TGpost?
TGpost is a Telegram channel management platform that lets you schedule posts, auto-publish content, write with AI, track subscriber analytics, set crypto price alerts, and monetize private groups — all from one dashboard. It connects to your channel via a Telegram bot you create in under 30 seconds.
Is TGpost free?
Yes. TGpost has a free plan that includes 1 channel, basic scheduling, message templates, a 7-day analytics window, and a media library. The Pro plan (₹499/month) unlocks 5 channels, recurring posts, all 22 templates, 90-day analytics, and member tracking. The Business plan (₹1,499/month) unlocks unlimited channels, API access, custom templates, and paid memberships.
How do I connect my Telegram channel?
Open Telegram and chat with @BotFather to create a bot — it takes about 30 seconds. Then make the bot an admin on your channel with posting permissions. Finally, paste the bot token into TGpost and the connection is verified instantly. Step-by-step guides are in the dashboard after signup.
Do I need to be a channel admin to use TGpost?
Yes. TGpost works by posting through a Telegram bot that you create, and that bot must be an admin on your channel. You also need to be an admin to grant the bot those permissions. TGpost cannot access channels you do not administrate.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The free plan requires only an email address. Payment details are only collected if you upgrade to Pro or Business.
02Scheduling & Content
How do I schedule a Telegram post?
In the TGpost dashboard, compose your post in the editor (with full Telegram formatting support), pick a date and time from the calendar, and click Schedule. TGpost sends the post at exactly that time using your connected bot. You can view, edit, or cancel scheduled posts anytime from the calendar view.
Can I post to multiple channels at once?
Yes. On the Pro and Business plans, you can select multiple channels before scheduling and TGpost will publish to all of them simultaneously. The free plan supports 1 channel.
How do recurring posts work?
When you create a post, you can set a repeat cadence: daily, weekly, or monthly. After TGpost sends the post, it automatically queues the next occurrence. You can pause or cancel a recurring series at any time from the scheduled posts list. Recurring posts are available on the Pro plan and above.
What are message templates?
TGpost includes 22 pre-built message templates across 7 niches — Crypto, Finance, News, Tech, Lifestyle, Education, and Community. Each template is a ready-made post structure you can fill and publish in one click. You can also save your own custom templates on the Business plan.
What are template variables?
Template variables are dynamic placeholders like {price}, {change_24h}, {channel_name}, {date}, and {time} that auto-fill with real data at post time. TGpost supports 40+ variables, including live crypto prices for 8 tokens. Combine them with the auto-poster to publish personalized, data-driven posts automatically.
How does the auto-poster work?
The auto-poster lets you import a CSV file of posts and publish them on a schedule — sequentially or at fixed intervals. It is ideal for drip content campaigns, onboarding sequences, or bulk scheduling weeks of content in one upload. Template variables are evaluated at post time, so data like prices stays current.
How does the AI Writer work?
Type a one-line prompt (e.g., "Write a post about BTC breaking $100k") and the AI generates a Telegram-formatted post — including bold, italic, code blocks, and hyperlinks where appropriate. The writer is tuned for Telegram's message format and common channel niches like crypto, finance, and tech. You can edit the output before scheduling.
Does TGpost support Telegram HTML formatting?
Yes. The editor supports bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, code, pre blocks, inline links, and spoilers — all standard Telegram HTML entities. The live preview shows exactly how the post will appear inside Telegram before you send it.
03Analytics & Growth
How does TGpost track subscriber analytics?
TGpost polls your channel's member count daily via the Telegram Bot API and plots the data over time. You can view subscriber growth, net daily gain/loss, and posting frequency on 7-day (free), 30-day (Pro), and 90-day (Pro) windows. Analytics help you see which posting cadences correlate with subscriber growth.
What crypto price alerts are supported?
TGpost supports price threshold alerts for 8 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, and MATIC. You set a price condition (above/below a threshold) and TGpost auto-publishes a formatted post to your channel when the condition is triggered. Prices are pulled from live market data feeds.
Can I export my data?
Yes. TGpost lets you export subscriber analytics and post history to CSV from the dashboard. This is useful for custom reporting, sharing stats with sponsors, or archiving your channel history.
Is TGpost's analytics the same as TGStat?
No — TGStat is a dedicated third-party analytics platform with deep historical data, channel search, and cross-channel rankings. 04VIP Groups & Monetization
How do VIP groups work?
You create a private Telegram group, configure a membership price and duration in TGpost, and share your TGpost payment page with your audience. When a subscriber pays, TGpost verifies the payment and auto-sends them a one-time invite link. When the subscription expires, TGpost automatically removes them from the group. No manual management required.
What payment methods are supported?
TGpost currently supports crypto payments (USDT, BTC) and manual bank transfer confirmation. Crypto payments are verified on-chain automatically. For bank transfers, you confirm receipt manually in the dashboard and TGpost triggers the invite link. More payment gateways are on the roadmap.
How much does TGpost charge for VIP group payments?
TGpost does not take a percentage of your membership revenue. VIP group monetization is available on the Business plan (₹1,499/month). You keep 100% of what your subscribers pay, minus any blockchain transaction fees for crypto payments.
Can I have multiple membership tiers?
Yes. You can create multiple VIP groups with different prices and access levels — for example, a basic tier and a premium tier with different content. Each group has its own payment page and invite link flow.
05Account & Billing
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the free tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your scheduled posts, analytics history, and templates are preserved. If you downgrade to free, features above the free tier limit (e.g., extra channels, recurring posts) are paused but your data is not deleted. You can re-activate by upgrading again.
